This issue manifests in all diesel and petrol engines causing carbon deposits to slowly build-up within the engine resulting in damage to components such as saturated EGR valves, clogged DPF filters, and dirty or sticky turbochargers.

The repercussions are increased pollution and emissions, reduced engine performance, poor fuel economy and eventually damage to the engine components.

This problem affects all road going vehicles (cars, motorbikes, light commercial and HGVs), generators, boat engines, as well agricultural / plant machinery and even light aeroplanes. Basically if it has a petrol or diesel engine it will suffer from carbon build-up.

Our Technicians offer a comprehensive service :-
- we will inspect the engine.
- we will check for engine management error codes with our OBD port scanners.
- Once satisfied your engine is safe, the CarbonCleaning™ automated machine is temporarily plumbed into the air intake. This Injects a small and safe amount of hydrogen along with the additive into your engine at the required levels. Over the next 30 - 60 minutes this thoroughly cleans the engine from the air intake right through to the end of the exhaust pipe.
- Finally once the machine has shut down and been disconnected an emissions test can be completed by our Carbon Cleaning Nigeria Technician (this service is optional).
